RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final

At Aubri G Glamroom, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
  • Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
  • Product must remain in original packaging and not be tampered with

The following will make your order ineligible for exchange:

  • Cutting
  • Coloring or toning
  • Bleaching
  • Installing
  • Washing
  • Heat styling

Any hair that shows signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
